UNIQLO Indonesia — E-commerce Site Operations & Campaign Execution
Managed end-to-end execution of UNIQLO Indonesia’s e-commerce website, focusing on campaign page creation, product launches, and daily site updates.
Worked on a wide range of campaign and special pages, including Warm Weather Travel, Hari Raya Campaign, Holiday (Global) and Gift Page, Digital Chirashi, Babymonster Special Page, UTme (Moncchichi update), and Mario Movie Special Page. Each page was executed with strong attention to visual consistency, brand alignment, and timely delivery, especially during high-traffic periods.

In addition to campaign execution, also handled L4 operations such as Product Detail Page (PDP) setup for sales start date and display start date, ensuring accurate product visibility and alignment with campaign timelines.
Also supported additional digital touchpoints such as Link in Bio updates, while collaborating closely with merchandising and marketing teams. Ensured all executions passed quality assurance standards to maintain a seamless, consistent, and error-free user experience across the platform.

This role required a high level of accuracy, speed, and adaptability, particularly during simultaneous campaign launches and urgent update requests. The experience strengthened my ability to work in fast-paced environments while maintaining quality and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
